because that's what I'm going off of here, he threw 13 pitches. So, yes, if I was the coach, I would feel comfortable with him starting tommorrow.

I actually would be more worried about him going back out there after a long delay if they continued to play tonight.

him not being able to pitch tomorrow was the main reason I was hoping to get the 2nd game in tonight. If he only threw 13 pitches, he should definitely start tomorrow.

Ordinarily I'd say he's done for the weekend, but if he only threw 13 pitches I'd have to rethink that.

3 K's in two innings and 13 total pitches. So, he struck out 3 guys on nine pitches and retired the other 3 batters he faced on 4 pitches total. That's pretty wild.

Since I haven't really followed baseball recruiting very closely in the past, was Rout a highly touted guy coming out of high school or is he just a 'diamond in the rough' type that's pitching way better than anyone thought he could/would do?
