Freshman football player who broke a woman basketball player's jaw when he punched her, not only no criminal indictment, but he's reinstated to the team and SHE has to apologize for instigating it. Watch the video and you be the judge.

Damn is right. Unreal how far the grand jury went in their statement. I guess if he had shot the girl, they would have said it was in self defense and let him off from that too.

So ***** got what was coming to her, huh? That's ********. Unless she had just punched him, there's no excuse for hitting a girl.

One summer I worked at Lake Junaluska Methodist Assembly. We had an intramural basketball league that had to be one of the most cutthroat I'd ever been a part of. My team was Jones Cafeteria/Junaluska singers. One of the singers played Division II ball and was in law school.

In the semi-finals, we were playing the lifeguards. One of the lifeguards was pushing "Steve" around and jostling a little bit...a little physical, but nothing serious. Anyway, "Steve" turned around and cold-cocked him. He was immediately ejected and banned from the league.

When I went to talk to Steve later that night, I figured he'd be upset with himself for losing self-control (after all, he WAS one of the Junaluska Singers)...turned out, he was writing a law brief to press charges against the guy he punched (and this lifeguard was one of the nicest, coolest guys around).

Anyway, we lost the Finals to "Special Services", basically a group of guys who played college ball (including former Mississippi State basketballer Tony Robinson).

He hit her and broke her jaw! He needs his balls cut off. He doesn't deserve to have them.
