I bought a Pitboss a few months ago and love it. I've grilled mostly burgers and chicken but will be cooking a brisket in the next week or two.

I’ve noticed if I keep my pellets indoors they smoke better. I used to leave them in the hopper, but now I scoop as much as I can out because I think humidity causes them to not smoke as well.

I do very little outdoor grilling anymore. I was given a Ninja air fryer last year at Christmas and I've really enjoyed this thing. I can throw a frozen steak in this thing.....season it as I go and it comes out restaurant quality. Every now and then I will use my outdoor grill but not very often.
