Mount Airy has an open week Friday Night so we Bear fans have to wait until Monday for Mount Airy @ East Wilkes. Will it be another shutout and 49 or more points for the Bears? I hope they give Mount Airy a good game but kinda dought it. I think I read a post saying MA had a couple of injured players back. Correct me if that's wrong. Please stay on topic ! ! !

Yes, the 1st string needs to play 4 Qtrs instead of 2 Qtrs for a change, but I don't see that happening until the playoffs.
They certainly did. Glad MA is having this kind of year...they sure pouted enough and wanted the coaches head for a couple of years, while East Surry was the hottest thing going. EW will not pose a challenge. There ya go..
Playoffs could get interesting...MA will def be a tough out for anyone. I was way more impressed with their defense than i was their offense.
# 1 in the backfield and #32 when he gets back at DE. Naming them first is not to take away from how good the 9 others are. #56 and #6 are beast. Top to bottom they are fast and strong. There are no easy drives against this group of young men.
If you are referring to their offense against Starmount you are absolutely correct. They needed that ugly performance so that the coaches knew exactly what they needed to work on. I trust they did just that.
No Mount Airy vs East Wilkes JV game coming up tonight or Friday so we have to wait till Monday for the Varsity game.
