but he, for all practical purposes is saying the NCAA investigation is still on, and that there isa witness.
Perhaps the NCAA is leaking info to him, to bring this into the public. Trying to see what might flush out, who knows.

How did the NCAA get this "money man" and "witness" lead? What put them on these guys trail? It must have been something good if "they believe they know who these people are".
