Wow if true, guess we could find if Dawson was the problem or if stoops was holding him back. That is, if true.

I don't believe that Towles will be allowed to transfer to a SEC school. Has to be a different conference.

Edit- I double checked this; looks I was wrong. Rudock went from Iowa to Michigan, so I guess he could go to Georgia, if he wanted to.

Guess this is comedy. But to have a twitter account, get 6,000 followers, not tweet anything since February and then send this beauty out. Getting retweeted out by just about every college football media member as if it is serious.

This sounds unrealistic in terms of Towles. His brother, Benny goes to my High School. I asked him and he said that he would not go to Loserville or an SEC school.

I think UK would have to approve it if in conference, and surely wouldn't, especially in our division with us playing them this year.

Which makes the rest of it a fraud, IMO.

Towles is leaving in part because he was not successful in Dawson's system. That would be asinine to follow him to a rival school.

Im sure this is just a joke but those of you laughing might be in for a surprise if it came true. Towles would have looked ten times better playing behind ga's line this year, and Dawson would have looked like a genius with chubb and recievers that actually caught the ball. For those who always throw everyone under the bus, take a look at some of our former coaches. After they left.. randy sanders is a perfect example. Eveyone wanted to crucify him but he seems to be doing pretty well once he left UK. That, in fact, is whats so dissapointing about the cats. There are no quick fixes and guys that fail at uk succeed elsewhere. The answer is and always has been lineplay, lineplay, lineplay!

I saw where Smart was after WKU's OC/QB coach. Maybe he didn't hear the Western part of it and ran with it ...

Towles went down to Georgia,he was looking for a pass to throw
he got to the line but he threw it behind his receiver don't you know

He said my name's Patrick and yes I've come a ways
but where I was at I didn't like how Dawson was callin' plays

Ya'll might not know it but I can play quarterback a little bit
that is of course if the o-line can keep me from gettin' hit

right about then he fired off long a 60 yard toss
he said Georgia's gain will be Uk's loss.

Patti go warm up that arm
And make NFL Throws
If you cant suceed at georgia
Then there's nowhere else to go?
But if you win you might get paid and make it in the league
But if you lose, then blue you will still bleed.

There was some talk of Towles possibly transferring to UGA earlier, he's better than Lambert who won't throw it over 10 yards downfield, but I don't know if there is anything to it or not. I think the tweet was a troll by a UF fan, someone traced the IP to Gainesville, Florida. Helton was the guy Smart wanted but he is going to SoCal with his brother, Southen Miss's OC is the guy we are hearing some talk about now, but I don't have a clue who it's going to be.

But it looks like Pruitt is out as DC/DB coach, and Ansley is a guy Smart is going to talk to.

We'd appreciate it very much if Georgia leaves Ansley alone. Outside of Marrow, he's the guy we don't need to lose on the staff.

Put Dawson down there with the beef and talent that Georgia can put in an OL and then put Towles in a play action type offense, kid could go off.

Just so everyone knows, I have zero input into who Smart hires for his staff, but with Pruitt no longer in the picture it looks Ansley is the DB coach Smart has targeted, don't know if he will accept or not.

If I were the one making those decisions we wouldn't have been trotting that poor excuse for an NAIA qb out on the field this year, even if we had to line up with one of our DBs who played qb in HS and running the veer. How much worse could it have been, 11 offensive TDs in our last 8 games is pretty weak.

Patty, Patty the quarterback
To be the man you could not hack
Instead of competing you would rather go
But to what place....nobody knows
There is one thing that does ring true
The main improvement starts with you
Many things in which you must do
but even after that...the NFL just isn't for you.

So you would have started Ramsey or Bauta? Lol
