I know Shaka just turned down Illinois and I realize he probably wouldn't ever consider coming to MSU but I believe we have a small window of opportunity to shoot and aim high for our basketball program and just simply test the waters with Smart. The worst he can say is HELL NO but I think Scott should go balls to wall and contact Smart.....flame away!
