1) No I didn't see his interview. If he said that he doesn't understand why people are making such a big deal of his first tourney back, then I agree. His personal problems have no relevance to his play. They shouldn't even be brought up during play (yet they were all week). His personal problems don't change the calibur golfer he is. I am assuming that is what he meant, but I have yet to see the interview.

Its a clinical diagnosis just as much as being bipolar, OCD, and any other phych issue.

3) I don't have any negative feelings towards Phil winning the Masters or any other Tournament. I think its a great story, with his wife and mother both being afflicted by cancer, and its good for the game that someone who struggled for so long to win just one Major now has 3 Green Jackets.. As you stated, as far as we know, he's a family man....of course, everybody thought that about Tiger before November.


I just don't get the Tiger hate. I don't understand why people can't separate personal life from athletic achievements.

My dislike Eldrick is not because of his sexual affairs. I am not an Eldrick fan because I am an underdog kind of guy. For example, I can not stand the Yankees. It is what makes me a State fan too. Anyway, another reason I am not an Eldrick fan is because of his little fits he throws on the course. I am not going to get into an emotion vs. nonemotion arguement. It is my personal preference that I don't like to see a guy stand there, holding up play because he missed a 20 foot putt or shanked one damn drive into the woods.
