He gagged for sure. Looked like one of my shots.

I think Phil is going to win this thing today. He has just looked very calm and comfortable.

It has to be a major sphincter tightener to the rest of the golfers out there that Tiger could take this long a layoff, be this rusty and still be in contention for a major.

Continue to miss hit the ball. Your demostrative swing finishes are entertaining. We really need to be reminded that you do not approve of a miss hit. Throw your clubs, place both hands on hips and pout......the stuff of a legend.

and he looks like he doesn't even want to be there. Weird. I hope he implodes and throws up a 78.

and if Lefty can't stay out of the pine trees, he might be the most boring golfer to win the Masters. Choi doesn't hit many shots to draw the oohs and ahs of the crowd, but he also doesn't swing himself into much trouble.

I never said that I liked Tiger (but I do so you got lucky). But, Phil is hated among his peers (who know him best) whilst Tiger is loved. Phil=Phony.

Concerning Tiger... A few years back in a players poll. There was a question along the lines of, who do you most enjoy playing with? And Tiger was 2nd. So, it's not just the money he earns for the players.

What an idiot, that guy.

What nerves he has to be pissed he made a bad shot. What the hell kind of sport does he think this is?

Gotta feel like an empty win for whomever takes it, knowing Tiger was on their heels after not playing a Tourney in 5 months, and the first time he's been in Tourney play with the new wedge grooves.

I have a feeling he is about to unleash a fury of dominance like early in his career.

about anything. They are the most overpaid bunch ofchicken shitvaginas on the planet. They love Tiger because he makes their non-competitive asses more money.

as far a Phil is concerned, I've always been neutral on him. Has seemed a little on the fake side, but after all the health problems with his wife and mother....I have felt sorry for him. So I guess that is one reason I am pulling for him. Plus he hasn't been running around on his wife(as far as I know) like Tig.

I'm sure the guy slipping on the green jacket will only be thinking about Tiger Woods finishing 5 shots back. Yes, what an empty, hollow victory. Holy 17ing ****, you are a dumbass.

And, I didn't realize being insanely rich exempted you from being a 17tard. I've seen dozens of players play today, and 99% of them act like adults when they hit a bad shot. You can be pissed you hit a bad shot and not curse yourself in the 3rd person like he does. He is an amazing golfer, but a ****** piece of garbage of a person. My opinion of him has changed dramatically since November.

What has he done on the golfing front that has changed your opinion of him since November?

The guy has a clinical problem that has ruined his marriage, his personal life for the forseeable future, and likely severely damaged the relationship he will be capable of having with his children when they get old enough to understand what happened.

But, tell me, what the hell does that have to do with him as a golfer?

Do you hate Kobe?

Do you hate Michael Jordan?

Do you hate Bjorn Borg?

Do you hate Jason Kidd?

Do you hate Chipper Jones?

What do you think of Mickey Mantle?

And on and on and on....

Did you hear the interview? Doesn't understand why everyone's making such a big deal about it. A clinical problem? Keeping your pecker in your pants is a clinical problem now, I take it.

Meanwhile, you have an actual family man winning the tournament, in a little bit of irony. You can be a great athlete and a decent human being.

And most of the people on that list I don't really care for, no.

I sure hate that Mickelson feels so empty right now with his hollow Masters win.

And how can you say overpaid in the only professional sport that financial rewards are strictly based on performance, excluding sponsors.

1) No I didn't see his interview. If he said that he doesn't understand why people are making such a big deal of his first tourney back, then I agree. His personal problems have no relevance to his play. They shouldn't even be brought up during play (yet they were all week). His personal problems don't change the calibur golfer he is. I am assuming that is what he meant, but I have yet to see the interview.

2) A few links on his clinical problem:

http://www.medicinenet.co...al_addiction/article.htm

http://psychcentral.com/l...hat-is-sexual-addiction/

Its a clinical diagnosis just as much as being bipolar, OCD, and any other phych issue.

3) I don't have any negative feelings towards Phil winning the Masters or any other Tournament. I think its a great story, with his wife and mother both being afflicted by cancer, and its good for the game that someone who struggled for so long to win just one Major now has 3 Green Jackets.. As you stated, as far as we know, he's a family man....of course, everybody thought that about Tiger before November.

I just don't get the Tiger hate. I don't understand why people can't separate personal life from athletic achievements.

Until November, we all thought Tiger was an actual family man. Either CBS or the Tour isreally playing up the family man winning this tournament. They better hope they know this for fact or the PGA will take another huge hit if he toohas some skeletons in the closet.

What guy isn't addicted to sex? I didn't like Tiger then and I don't like him now. He's a brat.

Every man loves and craves sex. This has got to be the most BOGUS excuse for a "problem" that I've ever heard. Just think about how ridiculous is sounds.

My dislike Eldrick is not because of his sexual affairs. I am not an Eldrick fan because I am an underdog kind of guy. For example, I can not stand the Yankees. It is what makes me a State fan too. Anyway, another reason I am not an Eldrick fan is because of his little fits he throws on the course. I am not going to get into an emotion vs. nonemotion arguement. It is my personal preference that I don't like to see a guy stand there, holding up play because he missed a 20 foot putt or shanked one damn drive into the woods. Why doesn't he do like every other golfer, watch the ball, talk to his caddy, and move on. He doesn't because he is spoiled brat.
