Pay aside, I think JSU is a better job than Colorado for Prime specifically.

Is taking a P-5 job right now Prime's intent? Dunno. Maybe, maybe not. I'm pretty sure he's enjoying bringing attention to HBC's. If I were Prime, I'd stay put at JSU than go to CO. Gonna be interesting to see what he's wanting to do in the future.
