Strong effort by the defense. Totally inept offense kept the defense on the field too long, which eventually put the game out of reach. Damn, what team does that sound like....

Alabama dominated the game start to finish. OM's defense was stout in the red zone, though, or that game could easily have been 42-3. OM's offense is god-awful. Snead looked like Henig today.

are completing 46% of their passes, with 4 TD's and 9 INT's. Everyone looks like Henig against Bama this year.</p>

So before the Ole Miss game Bama's opposing QB's had 4 TD's and 5 INT's.

He's cost himself millions of dollars. One factor I saw mentioned on NAFOOM the other day is that some columnist covering the NFL ranked the offensive rookies based on what they've done so far in the NFL. Both Oher and Wallace were in the top 6. It's a lot easier to throw the ball when your backside is always protected and you have a speed receiver who can not only get open and make catches himself, but can clear out the secondary for the other receivers to get open (which also makes a guy who has historically been a good but never great coach look a lot better).
