That Brian Kelly has received a formal letter of termination from LSU without cause & will receive full buyout as long as he meets his obligation to seek other employment.

I think Lsu has moved from this Kelly stuff because they have Kiffin waiting to arrive Saturday and dont need or want all the law suit stuff going on.
I don't think its related to Kiffin, per se. They got a new President installed and the Board gave him authority to formally terminate Kelly's contract. They need to get that resolved in order to negotiate with any new coach.
