BREAKING: A Judge in Arizona has ruled that the illegitimate governor Katie Hobbs has been illegally naming deputy directors to run state agencies, circumventing the authority of the state legislature
She's cheating with this like she did with the election
In summary Hobbs nominated a bunch of radical Marxists to serve in various agencies and the state senate CORRECTLY rejected them. Instead of withdrawing the picks and trying different people, she appointed them to be deputy directors and instructed them to report directly to her. Judge Scott Blaney saw right through it
“The governor … took those actions for an improper purpose, culminating in an improper result — one that violates Arizona law,’’
“That process requires oversight by the legislative branch,’’ Blaney said. “Here, the governor willfully circumvented that statutory process and eliminated the legislative branch from its executive role.’’

How many times to get this, well, right in your mind, You pass these rules. These are your rules. I think you're wrong with the motion to reconsider. That's not the appropriate process.
Rule 72 is clear about what's to occur with concurrences. It says you get 2 votes on a concurrence. Both of those failed.
I think it should be clear to everyone in this state what this super majority is willing to do to ram a tax increase down the throats of the citizens of Illinois. At 4:30 in the morning, 3 votes. 3 votes.

Did you even listen to the clip Swiney? This lady filled out ONE other person's ballot for a mayoral race in Bridgeport Conn. This had nothing to do with Trump or the 2020 race and many more Republicans have been arrested for doing the same thing. Why is this newsworthy?

Didn't you take an oath to "solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same?"

The majority of the self-inflicted criminality of the last five years has revolved around one thing- destroying Biden. First it was a bribe to pressure Zelensky into announcing a fake investigation into Joe and it continued with his pathological lies about the election that Joe won fair and square. Then it turned into an attack against our own government because he couldn't accept that he lost to the man. And now the Committee is charging Garland with contempt simply because he won't release an audiotape of Joe's interview with Robert Hur - a request that we know they only want because they hope to uncover a sound bite that can be used against Biden in a campaign add.
So compare that to the contempt charges for the four above that were mostly related to their unwillingness to testify about what they knew about the insurrection and the role they played. You're damn right those two things are different. They are relentlessly attacking this man and his family simply because he beat Trump once and might do it again and you're 100% on board with that. JUST IN: The man who took the life of Rachel Morin, a mother of 5, has been arrested. Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, an illegal from El Salvador, has been arrested.
Hernandez came to the US illegally after he took the life of another woman in his home country of El Salvador. He attacked Morin on a trail in Maryland and after having his way with her, he took her life.
Thank you Joe Biden for allowing criminals to flood our country!
