There's a theme here. Seems to me that Big Crumbly and Cam Franklin were the last decent DLs MS has produced. Well, then Pickering in 2019. And those guys were average, and excelled due to good coaching under Leach. But we haven't been seeing the studs. You might say McKinley Jackson, but did he ever do anything at aTm? Another is Jaheim Otis.....decent I guess but nothing special.

We'd have been decent with some of these guys we HAVE signed, if we'd had decent coaching.

Byron Young, who was in Pickering's class and went to Bama, was better. Think he's with the Raiders now. I'd say he's the most productive MS DL since Simmons.

Once Arnett ran the show, that same DL, a year older, suddenly got a lot worse.
