Anyone has any progress updates on Ware? I thought he tweeted out that he was injured toward the end of the season, I may be wrong. BTW, my son is a freshman at UK and had a class with Nico Furios and says he looks the part and seems to be hitting the weights.

Should be good to go next year. Here is what Stoops said about him on Dec 22
Stoops said he is excited about Denzel Ware, a redshirt freshman who was injured and not able to play last season. He also said he liked the improvement of his linebackers.

I can attest to that as a student. Saw firios on campus, he's a big dude. I remember Neal Brown saying firios was a ball hawk on d versus his offense. Big need for us.
I am very excited about the future of these two. Firios already passes the look test. And, from what Coach Brown said about him on scout team, it sounds like he could be an anchor on defense for the next several years, If Ware has been able to put on some good weight in his redshirt season, he could easily work himself into the rotation replacing either Dupree or Z-Smith.
