Destin fishing advice

Guys,
I wanted my first post to be more memorable, but I don't have the creativity...

Question -

Going to Destin with the family for spring break. Want to introduce my boys (10, 12) to deep sea fishing.

Any advice on fishing charters that are family friendly .. (not the coo-chee fishing)...

I don't have anybody particular but a suggestion. During Spring break you may be able to get on some cobia, but it's a minimal percentage. The kings aren't here yet, neither are the Spanish. You can do bottom fishing but you can't keep the red snapper which can suck if you hit spots that are full of them, although the kids may love it. Inshore however, the redfish start showing up, the trout can be caught, and you can have more actual fishing time vs 4 hours of cruising on an eight hour fishing trip. Just good for thought.
