Did Bianco ever comment on the kid from Pascagoula?

The kid said he would leave any comments on why he left up to bianco. There was speculation that he didn't get the scolarship money that was promised, but the bears pointed out that the scholarship amount is written into the letter of intent, which I imagine is correct.

A signed letter of intent doesn't obligate the school to even give a player a scholarship at all. I have no idea if the amount of the scholarship is in the letter or not, but even if it were, it wouldn't be binding on the school. The LOI is only binding on the player.

All I know is Chase Nyman wasn't happy after one week at Ole Miss. Sounds to me like he didn't fit in or whatever. He is at Chipola CC now.

Bianco started pumping his arm up and down, singing,

"What are we supposed to do
After all that we've been through
When everything that felt so right is wrong
Now that the love is gone"

He's a pretty good college player

He grew up a big Ole Miss fan though- he committed to them pretty early if I remember correctly. He's not an instant impact type guy, but he's someone that would have been a solid starter for them three or four years down the road. He kind of struggled all year last year until the state championships and he hit a couple of big home runs for Pascagoula. He only hit .359 for the year (that's low for a D-I signee that is a senior) with 5 home runs, but he hit 3 of those in the playoffs and he hit .518 in the playoffs- which is all figured into his season average.

I think he would have been a second baseman for them.
