Bracewell pitched the latter few innings in regulation. And Cox came in and took the loss in the 10th.

Thats twice we've gotten to extra innings

I don't think Holder should have pitched tonight. You only bring him in to close out a close game you are leading...not for possible extended innings in my opinion.
My biggest problem was pulling Bracewell. He was in a groove, and he was already wasted for the weekend, so why not get the most out of him? Instead you have a young Will Cox vs a veteran Rhymes and Katz. Not to mention Nick mf Ammirati calling the pitches bc our brilliant head coach pinch ran for Slauter and watched that pinch runner last 1 17ing pitch as Henderson hit into his 9th DP of the game.

Yeah, Ben has pitched very well lately but he was getting behind batters in the
last two innings he pitched so I guess that may be why he was taken. I would let him come back out for the tenth and at least pitch to the lead off hitter and see what happened and if he lost him, pull him.......
