Didn't expect to, did we? I know he visited but I guess I never thought he was seriously considering us?
Can't wait for Harbaugh to turn that place into a dumpster fire just like he did in San Fran. Though I believe it's about time for Urban to turn his back on his program any minute now for "medical reasons."
Seems to me they turned into a dumpster fire after he left. They kicked *** while he was there.
And if Harbaugh starts to get the best of Meyer, expect another "retirement" because his heart issues are back.
My question is which one goes all Woody Hayes on the field, first? I'm going with Harbaugh! He even has the look with his new glasses.
Then why did he leave? And why didn't another NFL team scoop him up if he's so great?
Until Harbaugh leaves for another pro job. I can see him taking the Indy job when it opens up. He's close to their owner and he's a big fan of Andrew Luck.

Nope. Harbaugh effed up that organization's chemistry big time. Wore out his welcome. That team was coming apart when he left. Can't understand why people admire that a-hole.
The evidence suggests otherwise.....

A-hole or not, they were WAAAAY better with him. They had a choice, the GM, or Harbaugh, they chose GM and they chose wrong.
He left because he was at odds with the GM, and since when do you have to win a Super Bowl to be considered a great coach?

Harbaugh is considered by many to be one of the top 3 or 4 coaches in all of football. If you don't like the guy fine, but suggesting he isn't completely awesome at his craft seems rather silly. Everywhere he goes, everywhere, they win, big. Many reclamation projects along the way to boot, he has yet to ever take over a great team. A-hole or not, he's a completely badass coach and if you read a little about some of the things he does in the community and how his players talk about him, I don't see how you possibly couldn't respect the guy.
And he's never won anything. He fits in perfect at Michigan.
If Harbaugh wanted to be coaching in the NFL, he would be. You have to be kidding me if you don't think he had NFL options.
Still in at WR for some big names, personally I'm all in on Joseph Lewis and have a hunch he's a silent commit.
I don't admire Harbaugh and yes, he is a first class a-hole as you say. But that was a clash of egos in SF. Trent Baalke got his panties in a bunch that he wasn't given enough credit for the turn around. Someone in that front office kept feeding the media information about how difficult Harbaugh was to deal with as if to soften the reaction when Harbaugh was finally did leave (SF wanted to trade him for a draft pick like the Raiders did with Gruden). And look what has happened to the 49ers since Harbaugh left.
He didn't get a long w the owner, true. When Mi come calling, he came back because of all his time in AA2, a student & fan of Mi, and he did have offers for more money and turned them down.
