pretty sure we did. seem to recall the basketball team being gray too.

No. We had silver pants, but the jerseys were maroon and white. We did have gray home basketball uniforms for a few years and they looked pretty good.

Correct on both accounts....football had silver pants from '86-'88.

Seems like we had some kind of awful grayish stripes or outlines on those horrible mid-eighties jerseys.

We had an extra stripe of silver on our jerseys in the 86-90 time period. Not sure exactly which years but there were definitely a stripe on the sleeves of silver.
