I agree sportshead! Big boys....athletes all over the place and very fast! The Country Boys are pretty good! Cla'Trey Reese has started to be a playmaker as well. Giving Peety yet another playmaker at his disposal. Sportshead what do you thing of Peety Pope's play? I really like this team. The offense is great and the defense really played really well tonight
My dad told me tonight that Peety Pope had the footwork of Tyrod Taylor and Mike Vick. Like Navy says, if he sets his feet, he's a damn good QB. He's a heck of a runner. He did some video game like things tonight.
What's scary is Peety's development from the Salem game. Kid looks like a 5* QB now. Just his confidence and toughness alone.
He's becoming a stud. Yea he just keeps getting better week after week. The way he can run the ball is a hell of a weapon. His balance is great. Peety is becoming a really good quarterback! What's even better is he is a heck of a kid. So respectful! What's so refreshing about the Pope brothers is that they are great kids! Respectful...yes sir no sir. Both have been leaders on the field and on the court since middle school. I taught both of them in middle school and never had one issue with either one! Both have that million dollar smile and are very well rounded. As are all of the COUNTRY BOYS. All are great players but even better human beings! All of these kids "get it" and will be successful in whatever they decide to do. It's great to watch on Friday night and see how they have grown from little 6th graders in the gym to hardworking respectful young men with so much talent!
So iguess last year they were small...weak...and slow.....oh I'm going by 2 putt...took a !lesson ....
No DSH, just likes giving you the business threeputt, twoputt, knuclebumps, hell i dont know. He actually enjoys your post and I do too. Crazy at times, but very passionate. Got to love it. Salem earned that championship last year and we learned from it. We are actually, smaller, faster and a bit stronger. Especially with Pope back now and our 300 pound d-tackle back.

Cold PBR and rail scotch.....Salem is Salem..... Got to grind and get better..... They will be fine...... First five games were brutal and benefit game with brookville and vista...... Surprised we are healthy
I agree and hoping for a bunch of wins. Like the team and need the points. There could be four unbeaten teams in our region. Three are on your top 8 list.
