this incident is not a big deal at all....I don't give a **** about the negative pub.....I, ultimately, believe this will be good for our team as long as Sidney is allowed to remain a part of it. Seems like a lot of ya'll on this board care a little too much about outside perceptions. If anything, this shows opposing teams that we aren't scared to get physical and put the beat down on that ***

I totally agree. The overreaction is caused by the frustration so many on here already felt for the basketball program and Stans. From a political and a team point of view, the best thing to do is just what you say. The fact that it is on video is not as important as many are making it out to be. If you want people to keep talking about it past March, kick them off the team and/or fire a coach. If you want people to forget about it by the end of January, do just what you suggests in your post.

lets take the PR hit and move on. Who cares? A couple of our players threw some punches. Guys used to get into fights all the time on the teams I played on. There a bunch of 17in pansies on this board. Lets get ready to play Hawaii and forget about it .

Look. We are losing to pushovers game after game this season and we should ignore this going on like "it happens everywhere?". ********. This is exposing a huge problem and large cancers on this team.

You see this **** happening at duke with their AAU players? North Carolina? Kansas? Hell even calipari and Pearl has all of their player egos and attitudes in check. This team is playing in three different directions. Agression and intensity does not amount to anything with no common direction.
