Does Huggs plan on upgrading the players who left?

Probably not...he will find DIII talent to replace them with the goal being to go 0-28 next year.
Last I saw only 2 players transferred. Emmitt Matthews Jr. and Jordan McCabe.
WVU added a shot blocker in Dimon Carrigan. Shot blocker was definite need.

Oscar, McCabe and Mathews leave some open spots. I guess we will have to wait a while to see if McNeil, Taz and McBride are coming back, although Huggs thinks McBride's family will want him to stay and get his degree. But thats all speculation of course. Taz and McNeil have no shot at getting drafted so they are likely just getting evaluated to see what areas to improve. I hope anyway.
Huggins comments about all the transfers and the NCAA basically screwing everyone:

And I mean everyone. When you have that going on and (the NCAA) basically saying that we appreciate your opinion but we are going to do what we want anyways. It doesn’t leave a real good taste in your mouth.
