Instead of saying SECURITY, this illegal alien’s hat should read DANGER. He was convicted in 2017 of 2 counts of felony lewd/lascivious acts with a child under 14 and sentenced to 10 years in prison. (This was after previously being convicted of 8 other crimes, both felonies and misdemeanors.) Since January 2024, he’s been arrested and convicted for 7 (yeah, you read that right, SEVEN!!) felony parole violations. With each conviction, he earned 90-180 more days in jail. In other words, officials in California have had the opportunity to turn him over to ICE after each of these 8 felony convictions but have failed to do so every single time. And every time he was released from jail, he posed a danger to the community yet again. Now he’s been arrested in Los Angeles, and his next sentence will include a one-way ticket back to Panama. Operation At Large is apprehending criminal illegal aliens to bring more security and less danger to communities across the U.S. Arrest Date: 09/09/2025
