Watch him go to OM once kiffen leaves. He will refer to us as the school down south.
Gosh how genius was TSUN?
And they got us to hire Lebby to finish off our tanked program too. ****that’s real genius…

Yeah, you don't see his name mentioned much this carousel cycle. I assumed he would toss his resume to Penn St at least.

I didn’t want him to leave.. was a scorned fan when he did… I am guessing him being out of it for a while NIL evolved was prolly a good thing. I would meet him at the jet ringjng a cowbell and with a wheelbarrow fool of Target gift cards if he would come back.

My interest dropped off big time after Mullen left.

Leach won games but Jesus was it boring, especially with Noodle.

If Mullen came back I’d probably get season tickets again. I cancelled mine after he left for Florida and haven’t been compelled to buy them again.

Supposedly Penn St want Deboar from Alabama. I just don’t see that. Maybe if he was 7-4 and not 9-2.

Yea that 9-4 season sucked so bad, we we’re just too good for Leach.

For any other coach other than Leach, if a poster complained that a top 25 football team or the #3 best offense in school history (#1 outside of the Dak years) was too "boring," everyone would be aghast at the nerve and arrogance of such a notion.

You know what's NOT boring? Winning. Scoring. Moving the ball.

The comeback win against Auburn in 2021 was not boring. The 2021 win at Kyle Field was not boring. The absolute beat downs administered to Aggy and Arkansas in 2022 were not boring.

I get your point. But look at attendance between Mullen and Leach. Namely, the number of sellouts.

It’s obviously not just me that thought it was kind of a boring product. Thousands of other fans choosing not to attend during the Leach era felt the same way.

Mullen brought excitement. Even when we didn’t win it was sold out.

ETA: Not blaming or knocking Leach. It’s just a fact from my point of view.

Covid was to blame for the biggest part of it and it has been declining most everywhere in CFB. It's just to easy to stay home now and covid taught us that.

I agree. I’m convinced Arnett’s 2023 team would whip Libby’s 2025 team.
2023 offensive stats
Passing 181 per game
Rushing 146

2025 to date
Passing 241 per game
Rushing 152 per game

not sure what you remember about that team but they were extremely difficult to watch. Probably because of the talent we had but such aweful coaches. I'd take todays product everyday of Arnet and Company in 2023.
