Iranian state media Mehr News has now published what it claims is the draft agreement with Trump. Here are the terms they claim is in the deal:
• A permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
• The United States and its allies would be required to present reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion.
• A U.S. commitment not to interfere in Iran’s internal affairs and to respect the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
• Full lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days.
• A U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from areas surrounding Iran.
• Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under arrangements determined by Iran.
• Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and related derivatives, along with full Iranian access to the resulting financial revenues.
• A 60-day negotiation period aimed at reaching a final agreement covering nuclear issues and the complete removal of U.S. primary and secondary sanctions, as well as the repeal of relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors.
• Reaffirmation by Iran of its commitment under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) not to produce nuclear weapons.
• During the negotiation period, the United States would commit not to deploy additional forces to the region and not to impose any new sanctions.
• The release of $24 billion in frozen Iranian assets during the 60-day final negotiation period. Half of this amount must be made available to Iran before negotiations begin.
• Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to oversee implementation of the agreement.
• The final agreement would be approved through a UN Security Council resolution.
• Final negotiations would not begin before the release of half of Iran’s frozen assets, the suspension of oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade.
• The final agreement would focus exclusively on the future of enriched nuclear material and uranium enrichment, sanctions relief, and a program for rebuilding Iran’s economy. Discussion of Iran’s missile program and its support for resistance groups would be definitively excluded from the agenda

Hope something gets done soon but I won’t hold my breath.

Same sh*t. Different week. “Yeah, I mean, a deal is definitely coming in the next few days, but, uh, yeah, not 💯 on that.”

Oh, and if they unfreeze Iran’s assets to the tune of something like $20 billion, I wonder if the MIB will still be incensed by the Obama deal that unfroze about $2 billion. 🤔

I thought the first 38 deals were done deals. I'm a little hesitant this go around.

It's also Friday....so, you know.

Come on guys. This is IRAN talking. You KNOW they are full of ****. That's not the deal. Unfortunately, the US has fallen to the point where you can't really believe what's coming out of the Whitehouse either. We'll just have to see. Note Trump is saying he likes it so that the stockmarket can rise. THEN he'll sell off a bunch of stock, reject the deal and bomb Iran some more. Then he takes the money from the stock he just sold at its peak and sink that back into the stock market at a low point. He can then start talking peace deal again.

He's figuratively printing money for himself, by using a combo of his mouth and the US military.

Sounds good. Trump certainly got everything he wanted.
Yeah, totally, brah.

Billions and billions of dollars well spent on this war to basically get back to the deal Obama and allies had in the first place. Except now the United States gets to exercise its philanthropic ideals by committing $300 billion to rebuilding Iran’s infrastructure, has Iran pinky swearing to follow a nonproliferation treaty dating back to the 1960s, more kudos heaped on our altruism by unfreezing over $20 billion of their assets, and the opportunity for the United States to act in good faith by negotiating the removal of primary and secondary sanctions, which undoubtedly does not include sanctions on energy and missile development. 🙄

But, hey, Iran is going to open the Strait of Hormuz up. Stupid Obama never got Iran to do that!

I sincerely hope the OP is a joke.

Dude, you are missing the WHOLE point. Trump wants to make bank on the Market. None of that crazy stuff you mention above matters at all.

Didn't he say no new wars to the voters? Didn't he say he would end the Ukraine/Russia war before he even took office to the voters? Didn't he say that prices would drop on day one, again to the voters?
He explained what occurred dude. You are a hater and its clouding your judgment imo.

You seem to be a worshiper where your judgment is clouded into explaining away anything that goes against Trump. It's wild how often he just makes things up, and says whatever he feels like on the fly, true or not. But here you are, defending it as if he only speaks the truth. Absolutely insane.

Who is the only potus to release any of the Epstein files??? Did your tds break your brain???

Who was the only one to be mandated by law to have released all of them already? Hint, the same one whose cabinet is having situation room meetings on how to damage control the Epstein files.

Man, I certainly don't trust Iran, but I don't know how anyone could think "following Trump" is any more consistent either.
Unfortunately, there's more than a bit of truth to this. Used to be that we could take anything Iran said as total BS. That hasn't changed. You could also pretty much take anything that the Whitehouse put out officially as the truth (with some HUGE exceptions... Yellow Cake anyone?). That's not the case anymore. Iran postures and blusters, Trump postures and blusters. And round and round we go...

It'll be interesting to calculate the cost to the American Taxpayers what this absolutely idiotic farce of a war is ultimately going to cost.

Half a trillion? More? A full trillion?

Settle down girls. POTUS confirms its FAKE NEWS.

FACT: None of this news means anything.

TRUTH: The only news source less reliable than Iran is Trump. The only signee to a treaty or agreement that has less intention to follow through on its terms than Iran is Trump.
