Yes, took mine plus a couple sets of earplugs. Even with my ears protected, it was still loud. I rang my cowbell the whole time. Did notice everyone rang theirs even when AZST had the ball. I really thought we'd get hit with a penalty, but the refs looked liked they knew nothing of that rule. This was my first game to ever attend a MSU game in a wheelchair. Kudos to the student body.....they practically guided me from the massive gate entry crowd up to the electronic detection and through to my seat. Kind of restored my faith in our young people that they showed such compassion/respect for the elderly disabled..... or maybe they just saw an old man in a wheelchair with a cowbell in hand realizing what I had been through many years as a MSU fan. Either way, the students were outstanding in helping me as I'm sure I looked lost in a sea of people. Unreal crowd experience. Of course I was unable to storm the field after the game, but if I could have, I would have. Last time I remember a moment like that was when King Jackie and Joe Lee Dunn upset BAMA and we all wandered around the turf for what seemed like hours. Go Dogs and I also like many, got a good serving of crow as I predicted AZST in a close one. This time that old oblong football bounced in our favor!

Nice post. Glad you had a great time, and i agree, everytime the grouchyasss demon on one of my shoulders gets loud, he gets drowned out by younguns being good folk.

I have hope. In more than a few ways.
Go Dawgs. May God bless you. And thanks to the Pack. The only social media I participate in.

I've got to believe that some sort of fine is coming from the SEC office, for both the constant ringing and field rushing. There really should be exceptions, at least to the last one. Maybe one free pass per season.
