How will the D-Boyz be in 2023? Rooting for them to bring another title home. Heard they got some very good talent.
They will have a really good chance to win this year and the following year. They were extremely young last year after winning a championship but the JV was undefeated that same season. Started and played 10+ underclassmen last year and at least half already has D1 offers or interest. If they don’t win this year they will more than likely be the heavy favorites the following year because they’ll return 15+ starters.

He’s an ATH, has D-1 offers to play Safety. Played QB for page at times and even WR because they needed him too. I believe so.

Dudley has some other transfers as well . They added another D1 receiver in 2025 CJ Neely from Smith who was all conference selection in football and basketball. Neely received an offer from Alabama A&M this off season and strong interest from James Madison and UNCC. He had 1300 all purpose yards last year including 900 receiving.

Rayshawn Wilson also transferred during the spring semester from Smith as well . The 2026 Running back was the eagles leading rusher as a freshman last year . (Actually ran for 150 yards against Dudley last year )

They have a few others as well along the Offensive and Defensive line

They also got two really talented versatile rising juniors at RB also that are expected to have breakout seasons. (These two aren’t transfers) they’re just loaded.

Not only does Dudley reload from their own district, they seem to get guys in from other districts too basically every off season, especially since Davis has led the program the last 17 years or so. Kids just want to play for them right now.

I’d want my kid to play for Coach Davis if I lived there. Great man who runs a very classy program.

I didn't think it was bad. Here is the cliff notes without the joke....that wasn't classless....rather - thought provoking IMO.
I said...here we have a CC supporter supporting Dudley because their recruiting areas don't overlap. Two 4a schools with recruiting advantages (in any class) here on the 3a board and playing against 3a competition... slow golf clap.

The joke was along the lines of the disadvantaged being taken advantage of and mistreated. Just a modest attempt at allegory about the 3a NC football system and the privileges a certain few schools have vs. all the rest. Nothing offensive. The joke was formed as a question... as in "what do ya'll do....." . An honest question given the climate of 3a football and what some schools get away with annually.

That's right... that's it. I did my best to paraphrase as (obviously) I figured it was disallowed... I'm not scared to say the words "handicapped children". I am FOR the handicapped kids and others playing by the rules.... and against those who have special rules that only a small few play by.

I didn't deride handicapped children. I said the words "handicapped children". Is that the problem? You can say that in America still. I still wonder what else goes on at these campuses and thought it was reasonable to assume something so terrible as this action might be allowed at these places given what else goes on.

It seems an attempt to demonize me has failed. So, me and the handicapped kids I represent will continue on and pick off the bullies one by one.
