Huh? We’re 5th in the nation at defending the perimeter, holding teams to 29% — out of 31 played games we have only allowed teams to shoot over 35% from 3PT 6 times. Pretty impressive, IMO.
First meeting against ‘Cuse was a fluke. They shot 44% 3PT and we went 9-43, then they still needed OT to win... Should I mention we also were missing 2 starters? Lol relax bro, we’re about to feast tonight.
I am not the only person on here who watches half court shots and end of shot clock 3 pointers banked in against us all the time. It just seems like it happens to us more than others. That is all I was saying.
I'm looking forward to finally watching Zion play. Let's feed him the ball down low and not shoot 40 three's, please.
We are gonna look rusty and out of sync. Ugly at times, like it or not, we are re-adjusting once again to Zions return. The zone will present problems again. I like Duke but only by 6 - 8 points here. I think the FIRE burns next round. You know what I mean.
Funny how that works, and we have nothing to do with the outcomes. Believe me, I want to watch us click, but something tells me this is going to be a grind, at least 25-30 minutes.
Mac I think it's just law of averages and games rarely playing out the way they look on paper. Today we just need to win and get Zion integrated and back in shape. Like to see AOC and Baker get some open looks. We need to shut down Boeheim Jr. and keep them from feasting inside. Wonder if Vrank gets a few minutes.

I think the most important thing in this game is keeping Zion out of foul trouble. Really hoping he can settle in and not be too anxious in his first game back, which makes this a dangerous game, especially without Bolden for backup.
I also think that everyone will be so glad to have Zion back that we see a really higher energy level again. Tre will wreak havoc on defense tonight and we may get to see some transition points from turnovers!
With or without Battle, Duke will not be denied tonight.

I can’t wait to watch this game. I think have a comfortable margin most of the game. Think this team is going to be jacked up.

I won't. I have never and never will pull that cheating program. For me to want the heels to win would take away everything I believe in the Duke/unc . I hope they never win again in any sport or competition and that includes if they have a contestant on the college Jeopardy tournament. OFC
