Last weekend the 1988 state championship team was inducted into the E.C. Glass Hall of Fame. Here is a video interviewing some of the players and coaches of that team

Nice post. I enjoy listening to material like this. High School football leaves such lasting memories.
Prior to this post I was reviewing the all time records thread and told DP I remembered seeing my first Dinwiddie game. It was 1988 and Glass visited the Generals. Had just moved to the area. I attended, because I wanted to see some football and was very familiar with Glass. It was a mercy killing.
They beat a darn good Huguenot team too in the final and it wasnt even close. Darn good team who hit like WWII tanks.
