Where are all the Mount Airy posters this morning , heard a lot of bragging just like they do every year early in the season , about how great they are . I had read from one poster saying MA had hardly played a team even ranked in the 250 range in the state. Well now it shows , play someone first before you claim the title . They been bragging how they would have crushed East surry if that game would have happened , and they already had tarboro’s number .I follow the local teams here in our county, and this morning it’s kinda funny. I usually go to our Mt Airy news to see the games , I always see a big ma bears article the very next morning and they never report on any other school like surry central or east surry until a day or two later, but this morning I see an east surry article very first thing ,funny . Politics everywhere lol, East Wilkes congrats , I would say big win , but most knew ma was hyped up too much , you guys are though a very solid team .

Went to max preps it showed ma 4 and 1 with the loss , it now shows 4 and 0 , but East Wilkes still shows the win varsity

Since I knew the Bears could not possibly beat East Wilkes last evening, I went to see East Surry vs North Wilkes.
North Wilkes scored on a long pass on their 4th or 5th play of game. Well that was their high light of the night.
The rest of the night belonged to East. I have a couple of observations.
Folger Boaz is not his brother Jefferson. And Jefferson is not Folger. Folger is better as a Junior than Jefferson was.
He carries that team on his running and throwing ability. The team top to bottom is very good. Not as good as 2 years ago but very good.
I sincerely believe they are not Mt Airy good, but not far behind. Would have loved to see that game.

Hurt some feelings, I don’t think ma gets beat regular season but as usual they probably will come playoff time. There will be just as much surry county people on the opposite side cheering on any bear opponents, not so much the kids fault .There are about 3 of u posters every year that tries to make out that other teams talk trash , you guys are your typical ma blowhards ( buzzcoach ) good luck with the best high school tram in history lol.

Attempting to hurt others normally just flies right back in the face of one doing it, like you post. No Mount Airy supporter thinks Mt Airy is the greatest team in the state or of all time. But, besides being very young, they are very talented and an exciting team to watch. Maybe you should come to a game or two and join in our excitement. After all, the team is just kids, just like the team you pull for.
