Welcome to the club man they say that about Tarboro all the time LOL. I'm kind of surprised they didn't try to reschedule that East Surry game as big as that rivalry is. I'd love play y'all again though.

Couldn't reschedule because our schedule was full. Especially since we filled that vacancy with another team.

Lol, you and your fan base is special. You remind me of cowboys fans, you enter every season thinking you are winning the super bowl. I am a EW supporter by the way, and we cannot wait for the next 2 years. I warned you already about that canceling BS, it is out of the kids hands. These kids want to play no matter what the result is. This at least gives your team a chance to recruit other local teams like we all know you do.

MA has 8 Sophomores that start. 13 Srs on team. 12 Jr's. #3,#5,#21,,#32,#15 all skill positions just Soph.

There is no doubt that Mt Airy's conference is weaker this year without East Surry but is that Mt Airy's fault. And Mt Airy has played 2 2A schools, 1 3A school and 1 1A school that just dropped down in classification. Does not seem to me that they are avoiding anyone.
North Surry beat Wilkes Central last Friday, Surry Central ran all over their opponent last Friday, as did Draughn.
To me, the only question about Mt Airy is how big a fish are they? Seems like they are growing no matter what size of pond they are in.
