I'm looking for some new ideas to try this year. Who has got some easy recipes for dips and snacks and what not. I can't cook, only mix!

Medium Can Chicken Breast Meat
Lousiana Hot Sauce Buffalo Wing Sauce
Cream Cheese
Shredded Mild Cheddar
Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing

Heat chicken, add wing sauce & melt cream cheese together. Put in pyrex dish, add cheddar and melt in oven. Add dressing over the top and eat with Ritz crackers. Always a game day hit and alot easier than making wangs.

Also like adding crawfish tails to velveta and rotel for a chip dip.

You can't ever go wrong with this dip; a pack of cream cheese, rotel, and sausage. Blend the Rotel, cook the sausage (3/4 pound is plenty), and mix this stuff in a pot 'til hot. Use the "scoop" fritos and it's a winner every time.

That is certainly unique. I think I'm gonna have to try that just out of sheer curiosity.

Rotisserie chicken
cream cheese
ranch
hot sauce
cheddar cheese.(optional)

Spread cream cheese across bottom of the pan. Shred chicken. Mix half bottle of ranch and half bottle of hot sauce (or to your liking). Mix chicken in sauce, then spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top, if you want it. Put in oven to heat up, and bam. Dig in. Good with chips or toasted bread.

Get an Orion Cooker. But some BBQ on the pork loin, put it in the cooker, light the match light coals, and forget it until the time (specified by the instructions with the cooker) is up. Cooks pretty fast and there is no babysitting the smoker. Do this the night before or earlier the day of the game.

I also put a vote in for Jester B's smoked gouda mac. Jester is a member here and is usually a sponsor (ad on the right) during football season. He caters to The Junction. Put in an order, and pick it up by the ampitheater.

I've seen him post on here in the past and I always wanted to try that gouda mac. The problem was his pick up times are too late. I think he listed pickup begins 3 hours before kickoff. If it's a night game, that's 3 or 4 in the afternoon. My tailgate crew likes to have their food long before then (lunch time). If it's an 11am game, then we just wait and eat after that game.

Get some johnsonville brats/sausages (hot or mild, depending on what you like).
Butterfly the sausages, place them on the grill and baste with sauce.
Everytime you turn the sausages, re-apply the sauce... especially on the last turn. You want that sauce on there good when you pull 'em off.

Take 'em off the grill and slice them into bite sized pieces that you can put a toothpick in... They're delicious.

And I may adjust pick up times. Last year was my maiden voyage and didn't want to over extend myself. I think setting a pick up time on an individual game basis me be the best solution. What do you think would be reasonable?
Thanks!</p>
