I'm glad that Slive is trying to make the NCAA make a ruling. That would be to our benefit.

He is a despicable human being. At some point, the jig will be up for him and there will be some little piece of evidence that slips through the cracks. Karma's a *****.

UK will send in a handwritten apology letter from Wall and Clifton saying Wall didn't take any money and he will be cleared the same day. The note will be written on the back of a canceled check made out to John Wall from Brian Clifton, but the NCAA will overlook that part. Meanwhile, Don Jackson will eventually give the bank records to the NCAA. They will find nothing, and then launch a followup investigation into his academic eligibility and determine that he cheated on a ninth grade pop quiz in history and declare him permanently ineligible.

what sucks so bad. There are PLENTY of other top recruits that are in the same boat as Renardo, yet MSU is the only school that seems to get 17'd. thanks. I'm sure Wall never took any money/

I've always said this AAU BS is going to topple a big time program.

Hopefully, situations like these can expose the problem and somebody will try and fix it before that happens.

I think Calipari talks way to much. That could get him in trouble at a place like UK. But he's right about one thing - and Stans would agree. You can't control everything that happens with these kids. You can chose not to recruit them - like Tubby Smith - but that's almost begging for a severance package.</p>
