Uh oh, Miami. Looks like your NCAA troubles aren't over yet.
They've GOT to warrant the 2nd worst sanctions ever. Lack of institutional control followed by repeat violations of the same nature. The NCAA has GOT to hammer them on this.
I don't know about the Death Penalty, but they need to go under TV ban, and/or play every game on the road, with the loss of 25 scholarships or so...

They're going to be so mad at Miami they'll probably give North Carolina another year. Not that what UNC didn't deserve some punishment, but they got hammered for stuff that was a lot less serious than what Miami got almost a complete pass for. The NCAA has quit even trying to pretend to be fair and evenhanded in their punishments. But yeah, this should be close to death penalty stuff.
