Name a few in recent history - full-time assistants who at the same time competed at the level Lee wants to achieve. Not owners of a club, but actually on payroll of a university. To be fair, that was the year that it came out after his season ended counting lights that Spencer's knees were so shot that he couldn't run or train at all.

My post was exclusively about Mineo and not really about the situation at hand. I have made it very clear prior to the Endene situation how I feel about the Brands era. Mineo has been caught red headed spreading lies about Iowa in the past, including to recruits. He has no credibility at all. His "repost" is the opposite of an endorsement and calls whatever is contained in it into question. He's not going to re-share anything other than negativity about Iowa.
Eh, that was when he was coming back from double knee surgery. He wasn't wrestling with anyone. Also, he was literally his competition for the weight at Iowa, not in the room as a senior or a coach. Not really relevant.

If this ends up being true, it kind of explains the "bad luck" Iowa has had with injuries the last 10 years. Really solid recovery plan being implemented in the room.
If I was Beth I would be scheduling some emergency meetings to get to the bottom of this because its so odd. This isn't a wait and bring up in an annual performance review type of thing. There is a students health in question, coaches being dismissive of his doctor and a rumor of a donor influencing a kid being dismissed while injured based on not having to pay out. Pretty serious stuff here folks. If true they will not make it to the end of the season.
