For the record, I’ve never used the term “SPED” because I’m generally not a fan of such nicknames and because there are only a few SPS posters these days deserving of being lumped in with the frothing-at-the-mouth lunacy of ED.
My personal opinion is that Dak is a very talented quarterback, appears to be a strong leader, and by all indications is a humble and hard-working good guy. I think he has the potential to be a special player who very well may lead MSU to Atlanta this season. Sometimes it's ok to put aside petty rivalries and recognize once-in-a-lifetime players such as Dak.

It's funny to see them tossing around slurs like that given that they became such (temporary) champions for the plight of the learning disabled during the Powe ordeal.

I can't speak for everyone, but I normally would have a not-so-witty 8 paragraph response, but the entire left half of my body exploded with jealous hatred upon seeing this, and it takes me too long to type one-handed.
Dak's number is 15. If you add the numbers in 15 1+5 you get six.

i enjoyed it thoroughly, but i never thought we were making fun of him necessarily, merely mocking UOM's desperation to make him a part of their team (you know...the harvard of the south etc. etc...) despite the fact that he could barely read. maybe i misunderstood and im probably a terrible person either way, but that was comedy gold. i get your point....it was probably a ****** thing to do. powe took it in stride and out of most of their players, i wish him the best. he sure as hell learned how to read and ran circles around pig prather's wonderlic. good for him.
