Not Cohen's style

There's something to be said for a neat appearance. Polk had the right idea, and I wish Cohen would adopt the same philosophy. But all in all, I think we look pretty neat, especially compared to football and basketball players.

He wants our players to be tough and gritty. I'd much rather have a rough looking bunch that are tough and gritty than a bunch of clean shaven pussies.

Personally I prefer to see the neat and clean look, but I wouldn't dare tell the team at this point to shave and get haircuts (superstitious reasons). I personally hate seeing gold chains worn with uniforms....I think it looks ghetto. And I know when I played Dixie Youth baseball as a kid and teenager, they wouldn't let us wear anything but the uniform. If the ump saw anything (such as a bracelet your girlfriend gave you, or a necklace), he would make you take it off before you could bat.
