I'm nothing like 75% of the posters here. I'm glad they caught the guy. The odds of it happening were quite slim, and really it was his own greed (stupidity) that got him caught.

...for a second, I thought Donte Stallworth was the perpetrator.

That the guy got busted or that more might surface?
I'm glad the guy got caught but I won't cry if more footage comes out. I'm an enigma. I hate it happened to her and it is so wrong and yet... I will watch.

I'm not a tortist or anything, but I think NBC ought to hear from Stallworth's lawyer on that one.

it was some college aged kid working at a hotel being stupid. Boy, was I wrrong. This is really disturbing to me. This guy actually stalked her at eight hotels and requested rooms next to hers just so he could set-up equipment to catch her naked and then sell it? I don't know what the penalty for that is, but I hope he gets the fullest extent of it. This guy needs help.

This is why athletes and celebrities use fake names. Not necessarilly to prevent themselves from being filmed naked, but to keep themselves out of trouble in general.

Some random guy calls and asks for a room next to Erin Andrews room and you don't even tell her (or call the cops)??? I think she'd have pretty good basis for a lawsuit against any hotel that booked that creep into a room next to hers.

without specifically saying, "next to erin andrews" as I assume she is under an assumed name, like most famous people do.

and specifically asked for a room adjoining hers. If I were her, I'd be furious with the hotels that gave that kind of information out. And as others have mentioned, WTF was she doing using her real name anyway.
