I'm still confused. Why would he be doing this in the middle of the season? Seems crazy to me, but I'm sure I'm missing the point. Regardless, the type was too small for my old, weak, and lazy eyes to bother with.

with extremely deep connections to the world wide leader, right? I mean she deep throated the sCam situation (just ask Joe Schad and SVP). Clearly she got hubby this gig as a way to get his foot in the door after he leaves here to take the Oklahoma job and retires.

I don't know the protocol but I see it as an unnecessary distraction in the middle of a tough season. I'd rather he took his time off, which he does deserve, in private so that no force can take his and our program's focus from where it belongs. I don't think he'll say anything controversial or silly, but if he did, it would be something that would have to be dealt with. I do suppose that stronger connections with The Worldwide Leader in Sports can help us, but I just don't see how this is the time.

you probably missed the original post on this last week, but lots of people feel the same way and emailed Stricklin to show their discontent. horrible timing. you should too.

If this is Germans, I really missed the U-Boat on last week's thread. If this is actually him, in the offseason I would have no problem with this, but mid-season? No way.
