It will be hard for the NCAA to put sanctions on Penn State because they did not commit any NCAA violations (that I know of). There really is nothing intrinsically morally wrong with most actions that lead to NCAA violations, but they get punished. What Sandusky did was intrinsically wrong but did not violate any NCAA rule, so they will likely not face any scholly reduction, bowl ban, probation, etc.<div>
