All universities in the United States of America have access to ESPN3.
1. Get you a laptop
2. Find you a university
3. Hook up to the internet (can be tricky)
4. Open the internet
5. Mash in "ESPN3.COM"
6. Click on our game and enjoy

Unfortunately, the closest university to the coast might be USM. Max Connections allowed from hattiesburg is 10.

My ISP does not carry ESPN3, so I got a friend who has comcast to give me his comcast username and password. You can then log in to ESPN 3 saying you are a comcast (or any other ISP provider who carries ESPN3) customer, and BOOM you have access to ESPN3. Just find you a friend that is willing to share their ISP account log in info.

Unfortunately, you are mistaken. You must be in an area where the ISP is supported by ESPN3 and never knew otherwise. For some reason, Cable One doesn't feel like they should be a provider. No universities either. Looks like I'll have to go the JustinTV or tvants route.
I think Cableone added ESPN3 access a couple month or so ago. I showed my parents how to access it on Cableone in Pass Christian last weekend.
