Johnie Cooks: The Bulldogs' greatest defender and a force on some of their best teams. The No. 2 pick in the 1982 NFL draft.</p>

D.D. Lewis: A member of the College Hall of Fame, Lewis was a two-time All-SEC linebacker in 1966-67.</p>

Jackie Sherrill: The winningest coach in Mississippi State history, Sherrill took the Bulldogs to the SEC title game in 1998.</p>

Jackie Parker: An All-America quarterback in 1953 and a two-time SEC Most Valuable Player.</p>

Just missed the cut: John Bond, Jack Cristal, Sylvester Croom, Eric Moulds, Tom "Shorty" McWilliams.</p>

No mention of Norwood, includes Croom, plus some spelling mistakes. Sounds about right for ESPN.

I get exactly what your Joke was UpTheMiddleandPunt The Problem is you got a bunch of Smart Asses that arent very smart. The reason he said Eli is because ESPN is famous for mixing Us and Ole Miss up. They have called us Ole Miss and Vice Versa several times. Just failed to make the cut....Sly Croom?? WTF They are still sucking this guy off after this great coach didn't even get a phone call to come in anywhere in the college game to become so much a coordinator after he said time and time again he wanted to stay in the college game. And Cristil def gets on before Parker. Another reason to see that ESPN isn't good for anything outside of showing live sporting events.
