Completely agree here. This game and Oral Roberts is a sure-fire chance to get our Bullpen some work (Oral Roberts isn't a terrible team, either... Warren Nolan only has them a few spots behind Memphis, currently). We've got the bullpen to NOT have to rely on Ross, Holder, or Pollo in midweek games. If this were my team, these last 2 OOC would be a challenge to my bullpen to step up, because it is reaching the point of the season where EVERYONE will be needed and our pen will be stretched much further than a weekend vs. Auburn.
As others have stated, we NEED to rely on Woody, Evan, Cox, Gentry, Bracewell, and Girodo in these games, and unless someone is throwing lights out, we should rotate between all those guys. Another opportunity would be if, by chance, we are losing/winning big in a weekend game, these guys need to be on the mound (see Trevor Fitts... he had a VERY productive time on the mound Saturday against Auburn). We will need a confident bullpen in the postseason, and it's time for these guys to step up.
