A few years ago, my former company was called to discuss improving the airports HVAC. We had a set time for me to be there, but they made me drive around for 30 plus minutes because they could not figure out where I could park. Finally, they told me to park in the parking garage but made me pay for it. I then set down with some of the leadership and they told me they had major issues, but they didn't want to pay. One person even suggested to sue current provider. She didn't say it out right but clearly was going that direction. We then toured the airport. Thier cooling tower had grass growing on the sides and if I remember correctly a tree also. The guy showing me around asks how much it would be to fix, which I respond $500,000 plus. He then questions my knowledge and says that he could not believe I would rip them off like that. It could easily be done for $25,000. I said, why don't you do it then and I walked away and never went back. If you have to go to that airport I would not breath the air.
