How many hours of the Super Hype will you watch before the actual kickoff?

The reason I posted this was that I woke up and realized that outside of an actual game I don't watch the NFL Network. Same with ESPN. If they aren't broadcasting a game I don't tune in. Am I alone on this?

I watch games only. Can`t stand the BS from all the talking heads.

Not too much at all until after the Nebraska/Iowa Basketball game. So maybe an hour or so.

I'll watch the game - I really enjoy the NFL.

But I can't even remember when I last watched pre-game shows for any sport. Everything I could possibly be interested in knowing about any game is available online. There is no need to sit through a pre-grame show any more. The opinions of the talking heads have little to no interest to me.

Yub. I'll find other things to do until kickoff. I'll pause the game periodically (bathroom breaks, another beer, walk the dog, etc.) so I can skip halftime garbage.

I have never watched any hype or pregame leading up to the SB. I have always turned on the game at 5:30 and started watching.

In my entire life, I have probably watched a total of 10 minutes of the halftime shows.

Always turn it off 5 minutes after the game is over.

I remember being a kid and watching the commercials. Man I miss the Budweiser frogs and other great commercials of the late 90's.

I'm tearing down my Harley motor to have the valves ground and cylinder bases planed. I took off the tanks, seat, carb and horn bracket so far. By game time should have the heads/cylinders in a box, then will clean up at half. If the game gets out of hand one way or the other, I have another project I need to start. In short, just another game IMHO.

Definitely still watching. I'm a football junkie, and since I'm a steelers fan, will be rooting against the Pats. BUT, if Lady Gaga mentions ANY political nonsense at halftime I'm out.

I would be surprised if I watched more than a couple minutes at most. The LeBatard show has ruined me when it comes to watching any pre-game or post-game coverage. It's all so much useless talk with rarely any real insights aside from the obvious. I would have to say the last two years has basically killed any interest I used to have in a pre/post-game show.

Not interested in the pregame chatter, but by now I thought surely Der Husker and a few others here would have shown us some food porn. :(

I just turned on the game. I can't even stand ten minutes of this hype. Wish the TV would automatically turn on ten seconds before kickoff. LOL

Back when ron jaworski was on monday night countdown i couldnt wait to watch. He always had long film segments that were great and in depth (with that great background music). He brought a lot of solid REAL xs and os.
He and tom jackson were the best together.
Now its so vanilla people say "whos gonna have more turnovers" and "whos gonna be able to hit a deep one" for four hours and it somehow passes for expert knowledge.
