Curious as to a everyone’s thought for the teams in the Seminole

Not sure about that right now but I know GW will scrimmage Heritage and play EC Glass and Amherst

You just have to assume that LCA will be stout again.

Jefferson Forest as well.

Hopefully Amherst can shore up their defense that gave up way too many points.

I'm hearing a lot of Heritage and LCA this year. Most complete in terms of line and skill guys.

JF and Rustburg graduated their lines but have the skill players.

I think it will be more competitive this year.

No line/run game...I'm sure other people could add more, but I would sum it up as that.

And to be fair about it Wikki I could say the same thing about Brookville, we have been absolutely terrible defensively the last few years. Just won't win many games in the Seminole until we improve on that side of the ball. Good luck to your Lancers this season.

LIBERTY CHRISTIAN is rated #1 pre-season in Division 3. They are well coached by ROCCO. But I hope that HOPEWELL wins it all on the AAA level. Wally_Winkerbean knows !!! As far as AAAA is concerned, there is PHOEBUS and then there is everybody else. Get used to it. I did a long time ago. PHOEBUS is loaded, 15-0, again. Great QUARTERBACK !

The city of Lynchburg should have kept just 1 high school. Should never have built HERITAGE.
