My question from the video is, What is that Cop doing just standing there....
While that kid is getting beaten to a pulp? He didn't even look like he was in any hurry to apprehend the one about to drown the guy. Also, why were all these people standing around watching this happen. It's obvious that the guy getting beaten is not even capable of defending himself. Seems to me that some people could have stepped in earlier. This could have ended real badly.
Secondly, what a bunch of clowns for fighting over a football game anyway.
