DSouthr has doubled down, folks. And you thought the quotes I posted last night were gold, didn't you?

And now, what you've all been waiting for....without further ado, DSouthr in his element. (I love how he throws some LOL's in there....like we're not supposed to know to laugh throughout the whole post.)
“I think anyone with a neutral eye watching that game questioned the officiating, questioned were all over twitter and most other versions of social media. While I would never suggest I am a neutral eye in such things those of you poking fun at our fans for expressing that something just didn't smell right about the way that game was called are coming off as homers for rival programs.
You may think it is cute to label something a grand conspiricy theroy but many of us find that very offensive, it is marginalizing someone else's opinion just because you see it differently. I have not talked much about the way the game was called and do not plan to but it did not smell right to me or many other fans UNC fans or fans of other programs. Maybe there was some gambling influence, would not be the first time gambling was a factor in the out come of a game. I offer that as just another potential explain for what we saw. Maybe it was a ref or 2 that just do not like UNC, that happens as well when you have humans and not machines doing the job. And maybe it was just a piss poor called game and UNC fans are more able to see the bad calls against us but I have not seen a ton of social media saying Villinova was hurt by the way the game was called.
I wanted us to win that game and a major reason I did want that was so this fan base could have a chance to come back together at least for a little while and not have any labels on us other than tar Heels. But here we are again, folks trying to label folks with an opinion as conspiricy theroists...
Couple other interesting aspects of this game:
1) They fronted Brice all game and he could not get around the front, they fronted him with their big at times and fronted him with their wing at times. Wonder why Brice, as long as he is, as good as his feet are, wonder how those fellas were able to front him and stay in front? Think maybe some holding may have been going to that kept Brice from being able to get in front of his defender?
2) UNC is the team that pounds the ball inside and Nova was more the jump shooting team and yet we get whistled for 8 in a row? How about that extreme touch foul they called on Marcus and yet on the other end Marcus was hammered and no whistle? Hicks is whistled for a block with the ref standing right there with clear view and Hicks never even touched the guy and yet on the either end Hicks is foul so hard it was heard in that huge arena and clearly heard on the TV broadcast again with a ref standing only a few feet away with clear view??
3) On a replay of Joel driving lay up that was replayed showing what a great job Joel did on that drive, did you not see Joel being bumped by his defender 2-3 different times as he went to the rim, if not replay it, it was crystal clear and a great camera angle.
Those are all things that were crystal clear and yet my mention of them will no doubt have me labeled conspiricy theroist? STOP with the labels already, I took what you said and I spoke to those issues without trying to put a label on you or anyone else. Can you not do the same with others?
I actually have not claimed that J, all I have said it what I saw does not smell right to me, that is actually ALL I have said. I did offer gambling as a consideration as something that has effected this sport before but I am not saying that is fact?
Maybe it surprises some but I have actually not one time said "the fix was in", clearly, as you said, you saw the bad calls, it didn't smell right to you either. I have not stated that I believe any specific reason for the bad smell. Matter of fact, I actually do not believe the reason for those questionable calls was the NCAA ordered it to be called that way. I am clearly stating that I do not believe what some label as a conspiricy, my point is other do and for voicing their opinion I do not think they should be labeled as anything but Tar Heels and I do NOT like the attempts to marginalize them or poke fun of them for sharing what they believe.
Some people believe in God, others don't, do you like your belief in God being made fun of by those that do not believe as you do? That is actually the point I am making, sorry if it offends anyone, well actually not that sorry...LOL.”
