I'm sure you saw there was a Duke poster going over there to give both Gary and Key the actual facts (I know they dont like, use or know what those are so they just make up their own there) of the Lance Thomas situation. Gary clearly didn't like what he saw so he promptly told him to GTFO. The Duke poster did the opposite and continued to explain the differences of the situation between that and others in that moronic "handlers" thread and Gary proceeded to tell him to go play in traffic.
I think that sequence lead to the THI publisher- Andrew to make a post to the entire board about being respectful.
Through and through that group of posters over there not only weed off opposing people but their own. Sad state of affairs.
I said this previously, that board has run off just about all of the posters. They would do better to just have a conference call each week instead of posting on the internet. It would save time, but then what would we have to laugh about. And then of course, their mod bans a poster that brings up actual facts that differ from their opinion under the guise of that person was just there to argue.
And, since it is not private information and in the AAU circles I wish Gary would lost all this supposed knowledge he has of all these handlers and of course K.
They have now gone from USA hurts Duke, to USA helps Duke, to the scandal has hurt, to Roy doesn't deal with handlers, to the scandal is over, to (insert next excuse).
If any of them are reading this, with unc's supposed big man reputation and all of the PT available, why has not one 2017 big man committed. What is the excuse/reason.

The bottom line is that not only are visitors not welcome there whatsoever, a lot of UNC fans aren't either if they don't toe the company line. Andrew should dump his mods first and foremost....that would improve things a lot. A lot. Maybe even a discussion could be had again. And I know this comes from a Duke fan with probably a biased view, but obviously a ton of UNC fans see things the same way I do. It's blatantly obvious.
Sky there is a huge difference in how a select few on the the board might think about you and what caused their twisted thoughts. You simply don't like unc and want to see them lose in every way possible, never score another point or never gain another yard. That simply means you are their rival which is fine and quiet normal to feel that way. Thats the way I think 99% of us feel on our board because we are not filled with personal hatred towards Roy or his players. We make fun of them by referring to car wheels, cheaters, tarholes, fats boys, uncheat, Hansflopper, Meeks eating people or Kendall Marshall as one of the Nba's all time greats, or the Black Falcon being grounded. In general just non caustic names and nothing personal. With Roy its names such as Goober, huckleberry Hound or maybe not the dadgumist, greatest or smartest coach in the land but again nothing personal about hating Roy or the unc players. We all know there are 6 or so thr members who would like to see Coach K suffer in every way possible, even poor health or worse. I am willing to bet there are those who would like to see JJ Reddick or a few Duke players injured or worse.
Like dukiejay says above, Its become very obvious that many of the thr fans don't feel welcome or respected on their own board and to say anything not approved as they aren't part of "elite club" is a tar heel sin.

I agree. I don't think it's a bad thing to have some people besides your immediate family looking out for these kids. They are only 17 and 18 year olds who have big decisions to make, and as long as there is no monetary conflict of interest it's not a bad thing to consider all aspects of choosing a certain school.
Not on TR but on their OOTB board GSD said that they are looking at a kid from the WOG school.He felt it was surprising since Roy did not recruit kids from diploma mill schools.I guess he does not know that Jalek Felton just transferred to s a diploma mill HS in Columbia.The classes at the diploma mills is probably more demanding that what they will take at UNC
